Dear Ms. Delia Maria,
I am extremely sorry to learn about the passing away of Shri Balasaheb Bharade. His desire to set up aninstitution for imparting Gandhian teachings to the youth must be honoured. I have left the National Gandhi Museum, New Delhi, as its Director wef August 1, 2006, and am now going to be occupied with mostly studies in Gandhian Political Economy anf such subjects. I shall be happy to be of any assistance of which I may be capable.
I pary to God to grant peace the departed soul.
