Frm Lia Diskin Brazil

Dear Delia Maria Thomas,

Thank you for the precious information in your message of Oct. 3. We will contact Anupam Kher to check the possibilities of using the film "I did not kill Gandhi" here in our Brazilian programs. The activities of our 24th Gandhi Week (that has now been transformed in a "Gandhi Month") have revealed themselves very inspiring, and it seems next year other countries will start similar programs inspired in ours. With our gratitude, and our warmest regards, Lia DiskinAssociação Palas Athenawww.palasathena.org

Namaste,
Congratulations, Friends of the Gandhi Museum Pune, for launching a website www.gandhisalt.org.

We would be happy if you could add our link www.gandhi-manibhavan.org in your links page . As you must be aware of Mani Bhavan Gandhi Sangrahalaya , in Mumbai . Nevertheless, Im writing a brief introduction of our Museum and the website . I will reciprocate by adding your url to our related links page .

Mani Bhavan Gandhi Museum and Library in Mumbai, India , is the place where Gandhi stayed from 1917 to 1934, whenever he was in Mumbai. It was from here that Gandhi initiated Passive Resistance, Swadeshi, Khadi and Khilafat Movements. The house is now converted into a Museum. Daily we have around 200 visitors to the museum from around the world .
The website of Mani Bhavan Gandhi museum provides extensive information on Gandhi and his philosophies, the books read by Gandhi, quotations by Gandhi, his original voice, his personal documents, anecdotes, ashram prayers, photographs etc. Moreover, we provide information on Gandhi and related subjects through internet .

Thank you!
With warm regards,
Sandhya Mehta.
